We send out website orders 6 days a week and aim to process your order on the day of receipt whenever humanly possible! On the rare occasion that dispatch is delayed for more than 72 hours, we will contact you with full details, along with a proposed dispatch date. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for delivery for all UK orders. This usually takes 3-5 working days, but in line with Royal Mail guidance, please allow up to 14 days for delivery of your order.
Customers who request that their order is left in their absence in an insecure location, ie porch, shed etc, do so at their own risk. 
Tris Surf accepts no responsibility for non-delivery of orders which have been left in an insecure location at the express request of the customer.
